Is there a setup or cancellation fee for your service? There is no setup fee. You are only initially billed for your first month of service. There is never a cancellation fee if you need to stop your social media service. Of course, we will hate to see you go, but you will only be billed the pro-rated amount for the portion of the month we were working on your account.
What will our role be in the social media process? When the account is initially set up, we’ll review your company and setup a time to discuss your business and your vision. We find out if there are certain products or services you are looking to highlight and if there are any special events you would like featured. We do onsite visits to ensure you have a "local" presence. After researching your business and providing you with an detailed action plan for your campaign, you approved it and we get to work managing your social media account(s). You can be as involved as you would like. We feel you get the most out of our service if you relay to us new events or upcoming promotions so we can target our coverage to those areas.
Can we upgrade or downgrade our management package? Absolutely! Just let us know which package you’d like to change to, and we will update your account to reflect it. These changes are normally reflected on your account within 48 hours. If you are downgrading, we will credit your account the difference in the plan cost for the portion of the month that is remaining. If you are upgrading, we will charge you for the prorated difference. You can also upgrade or downgrade at the end of your billing cycle if you prefer. What if we don't have any social media accounts? No worries, we can set these up for you. We set these up against a shared Gmail account that we hand it over to you once we are finished. This prevents us bugging you for email confirmation receipts and other account setup information.
What kind of follower & engagement can we expect? Tough question! It's hard to give a accurate answer since each industry is unique. Some business do really well to social followings while others are tougher. Once we’ve evaluated your business after the initial consultation, we should be able to give you a better answer regarding expectations concerning followers and engagement.
